ACTIVITIES
The following activities are available all year. (Fall and winter schedule is listed)
Bison Tour - Offered all year. Take our train tour to see camels, ostriches, and out to a bison herd.
Fall and winter departure times are: 9:00am, 12:00pm,3:00pm & $4:00pm
$12 per adult. $6 for children ages 4-12. Under 4 are free.
Summer schedule June 1st - August 31st is: 9:00am, 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm. 3:00pm, 4:30pm.
Sunday Lunch Train- Have a lunch on our old fashion dining train. AVAILABLE YEAR ROUND
Departure time in 12:00pm. You must sign up at Trading Post by Saturday before 5:00pm.
Phone reservations accepted with a credit card. Train ticket is $10.00 per person, plus the cost of the meal
($10.95 + tas). Each person must purchase a meal. If you do not want a meal, you can go out on the regular
train (see bison tour info above).
Horseback riding - Offered all year.
Our schedule departure for the fall and winter are: 10:30am and 1:30pm. Cost is $30 per person. This is a walk-only guided trail ride. Sorry, no cameras, backpacks or any carry-ons allowed on the ride. You must be 8 years or older and adults must be under 250 pounds and be able to mount horse unassisted. No exceptions! We do have gentle horses for the first time rider. Once the ride starts, there are no refunds or rainchecks. We ride in rain, snow, or shine. We do not allow double riding. From June 1st- August 31st the departure times are:
9:00am, 10:30am, 12 noon, 1:30pm, 3:00pm, 4:30pm.
The following are available in the summer months:
Ride n' Dine - Available May 1st through September 30th. Take a 2 hour trail ride and then head back to the Restaurant for a great meal. Breakfast ride is $65 and departs at 8:00am. Dinner ride is $70 and departs at 5:30pm. Sign up at the Trading post 10 minutes before departure. You can sign up the day before if you want to go on the breakfast ride.
Kid Corral - Adventure for the youngin's located behind the Trading Post. Available June 1st through August 31st from 10am - 4pm. Ferris wheel- 4 tickets ; Airplane ride - 4 tickets; Bucket ride - 4 tickets, barrel train - 5 tickets (minimum of 3 riders) and Pony rides (for ages 2-8) - 8 tickets. Tickets can be purchased at the Trading Post.
Old Time Photo Studio - Open June 1st - August 31st. from 10:00am to 5:00pm. (Sorry, Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, & Wednesdays.) Go back in time and dress in 1800's style for unique photos. Prices vary for different packages available.
Fishing - Within walking distance, our private lake is stocked with trophy-size rainbow trout. No fishing license required. However, you must supply your own tackle. Available April through September. $19.50 per person for 3 fish. Each addditional fish is $6. No catch and release allowed. Sign up at the Trading Post first.
